By downloading, installing, or using prismVox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. prismVox is provided by LaClair Technologies.
prismVox is a Voice over IP (VoIP) application that allows you to make and receive voice calls over the internet. The service includes call routing to phone numbers via third-party SIP trunk providers, push notifications for incoming calls, and call history.
You must create an account to use prismVox. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You agree not to:
prismVox is not a replacement for traditional phone service and does not support emergency calls (911/112/999). Do not rely on prismVox for emergency communications. Always have access to a traditional phone or mobile carrier for emergency situations.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Call quality depends on your internet connection.
prismVox and its design, code, and branding are the property of LaClair Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business communication purposes.
Your use of prismVox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
prismVox uses third-party services for call routing (SIP trunk providers) and push notifications (Apple Push Notification Service). Your use of prismVox may be subject to the terms of these third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaClair Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of prismVox. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
prismVox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your access to prismVox if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of prismVox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
